Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website operated by BOON Ministries Corp, including weareboon.org and the pages, content, forms, resources, services, and features available through it, collectively referred to as the "Site."

General
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.
BOON Ministries Corp may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes become effective when the revised Terms & Conditions are posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
BOON Ministries Corp ("BOON," "we," "us," or "our") is a nonprofit charitable organization committed to the discipleship and holistic development of Black youth through faith-rooted, culturally grounded research, strategy, resources, relationships, media, and community partnerships.
The Site is operated from the United States. Anyone accessing the Site from outside the United States is responsible for complying with the laws that apply in their location.
The information and resources provided through the Site are intended for informational, educational, charitable, and community-engagement purposes.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to BOON.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you visit the Site, join our email list, contact BOON, make a donation, express interest in volunteering or partnering, participate in certain activities, or otherwise interact with BOON online.

Children and Youth
BOON's mission centers Black kids and teenagers, but many of the general features of the Site, including donation forms, partnership inquiries, volunteer forms, and organizational contact forms, are intended primarily for adults.
Children under the age of 13 should not submit personal information through general Site forms without the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
BOON may conduct research, surveys, listening sessions, programs, events, interviews, or other activities involving minors. Those activities may be governed by separate participation agreements, consent forms, privacy notices, research protocols, or parental or guardian permissions.
Those project-specific terms take precedence when they apply.
Copyright and Limited Use
Except where otherwise indicated, the Site and its materials are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by BOON Ministries Corp.
Site materials may include text, articles, research summaries, reports, graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos, audio recordings, podcast content, logos, designs, downloads, resources, data presentations, website elements, and other materials.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, or print materials made publicly available on the Site for personal, educational, ministry, or other noncommercial use, subject to any instructions or restrictions accompanying the material.
You may not, without BOON's prior written permission:
1) reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the Site for commercial purposes;
2) sell or commercially exploit BOON content or resources;
3) modify BOON materials in a manner that falsely suggests BOON created, approved, sponsored, or endorsed the modified material;
4) remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other ownership notices;
5) use automated tools to scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract Site content or data;
6) reproduce or use photographs, videos, testimonials, research materials, or other content in a way that violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, research-consent, or other rights; or
7) use the Site or its materials for an unlawful purpose.
Some resources may carry their own permissions, licenses, attribution requirements, or usage restrictions. Those terms govern the use of those particular materials.
Research and Educational Materials
BOON creates and shares research, frameworks, resources, articles, conversations, and other materials related to Black youth, faith, discipleship, culture, community, and the adults who influence young people.
These materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Research findings, statistics, commentary, resources, or other information appearing on the Site should be understood within the context in which BOON presents them. They should not be represented as BOON's work after being materially altered or taken out of context.
BOON may establish separate permissions or licensing requirements for certain research reports, curricula, frameworks, downloadable resources, or educational materials.
Trademarks
BOON, BOON Ministries Corp, The Black Next Gen Network, associated logos, program names, graphics, slogans, and other identifying marks used on the Site may be trademarks, service marks, or other protected intellectual property belonging to BOON or their respective owners.
These marks may not be copied, imitated, altered, or used in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or approval by BOON without prior written permission.
The appearance of another organization's name, logo, product, program, or service on the Site does not automatically mean BOON endorses that organization or offering.
Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to, integrations with, or content provided by third-party websites and services.
These may include donation platforms, payment processors, social media platforms, video and podcast providers, email services, partner organizations, nonprofit information services, online stores, event tools, and other outside services.
For example, BOON currently connects visitors with services and platforms such as Givebutter, YouTube, Facebook, Candid, and other third-party providers.
BOON does not control the content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies, or operations of third-party services.
Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.
Links are provided for convenience, access, participation, or informational purposes and do not automatically constitute an endorsement of every statement, product, service, policy, or activity of the linked organization.
Linking to BOON
Organizations, churches, schools, ministries, researchers, community groups, media outlets, and others may link to publicly available pages on the Site so long as the link does not misrepresent their relationship with BOON.
A link may not falsely suggest that BOON sponsors, endorses, partners with, or approves an organization, individual, product, service, campaign, position, or activity.
BOON's logos, graphics, photographs, or other proprietary materials may not be used to create a link or imply endorsement without permission.
BOON reserves the right to request removal of a link or use of its materials when BOON believes the use is misleading, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
Donations
The Site allows visitors to support BOON through charitable contributions.
Donation transactions may be processed through third-party giving and payment providers. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, processing requirements, and security practices.
BOON may use information connected with a donation to process and acknowledge the contribution, issue receipts, maintain charitable and financial records, administer recurring gifts, communicate with donors, and meet applicable legal and accounting requirements.
BOON Ministries Corp is recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. Individual tax circumstances vary, and information provided through the Site does not constitute legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Recurring donations remain subject to the terms presented through the applicable giving provider when the recurring contribution is established.
Questions about a donation may be submitted through BOON's Contact page or sent to info@weareboon.org.
Merchandise and Purchases
BOON may offer merchandise, publications, resources, registrations, or other items through the Site or through a connected third-party commerce platform.
Any purchase may be subject to additional pricing, payment, shipping, return, cancellation, or fulfillment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Product availability, descriptions, pricing, and other information may change.
Payment information may be processed directly by a third-party payment or commerce provider rather than stored by BOON.
Forms, Applications and Submissions
The Site may allow you to submit information through contact forms, newsletter forms, volunteer inquiries, partnership requests, event registrations, research-related forms, surveys, applications, or similar features.
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not to use these features to:
• impersonate another person or organization;
• submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive material;
• submit information that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• submit another person's private information without appropriate authority;
• transmit malware, viruses, harmful code, spam, or automated submissions; or
• interfere with the Site or its operation.
Submitting a form does not create an employment, volunteer, partnership, contractual, funding, program-participation, or other formal relationship with BOON.
BOON may accept, decline, respond to, archive, or remove submissions at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate agreements.
Research, Surveys and Participant Content
Information submitted as part of BOON research, surveys, interviews, listening sessions, programs, or other structured research activities is not treated as ordinary website feedback when project-specific consent or participation terms apply.
Any rights BOON has to collect, analyze, quote, publish, share, anonymize, or otherwise use those materials will be governed by the consent process, research protocol, release, participation agreement, or other terms associated with that project.
These Terms & Conditions do not replace those materials.
Feedback
BOON welcomes questions, ideas, comments, and suggestions about our Site and work.
If you voluntarily provide general feedback or suggestions about the Site, BOON may use those ideas to improve its website, programs, communications, or services without an obligation to compensate you.
This provision does not override BOON's Privacy Policy or any separate research, participant, confidentiality, intellectual property, or content agreement.
Community and Social Platforms
BOON may maintain communities or participate in conversations through third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or other social networks.
Those spaces are operated by third parties and may have their own community standards and terms.
BOON may establish its own participation guidelines for BOON-managed groups, pages, conversations, or community spaces and may moderate participation consistent with those guidelines.
Copyright Complaints
BOON respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe material appearing on the Site infringes copyright or another intellectual property right, please contact BOON and provide enough information for us to identify and review the material, including:
1) identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property;
2) identification or location of the material you believe infringes your rights;
3) your name and contact information;
4) a statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized; and
5) a statement that the information you provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
BOON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
BOON MAKES REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND USEFUL INFORMATION, BUT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION ON THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, TAX, MENTAL HEALTH, PROFESSIONAL, OR OTHER INDIVIDUALIZED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOON MINISTRIES CORP AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE.
This includes damages arising from interruptions, errors, loss of data, third-party services, reliance on Site content, unauthorized access, or inability to access the Site.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOON Ministries Corp and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms & Conditions, infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit in violation of these terms.
Suspension or Termination of Access
BOON reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time.
BOON may restrict access to the Site or particular features when it reasonably believes a person has violated these Terms & Conditions, interfered with Site operations, engaged in unlawful activity, or created a security or safety concern.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as separate from the remaining provisions.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
BOON's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal proceedings relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Site will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
BOON may revise these Terms & Conditions as the Site, programs, services, technology, or legal requirements change.
The most current version will be published on this page with the date of the latest revision.
Your continued use of the Site after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
